I recently bought some paint and the order was not what I ordered. I asked for a color at 75% and he, Tom, the owner, gave me what he later told me was 25% of that color, but the next day when I started my project it looked bright white to me. I took it back and was treated with complete rudeness. I told him he misunderstood what I wanted, if he could add 50% more color that would work. He couldn't figure out how to get it to the exact match of another 75% can I got from an official Benjamin Moore retailer. Not wanting to go back I tried my original store and they had to throw out the paint they mixed using their formulations. Tom barely talked to me and I was trying to be respectful, I was there an hour and I will never go back or buy anything from here again. Horrible customer service.

That story about Tom is certainly not true. Tom has mixed paint for me thousands of times and it always turns out exactly the way i want it. Maybe you have communication issues? They have a machine that mixes the paint EXACTLY the way you want it / describe it. It's computerized so obviously the mistake was made by YOU. Also, Tom is NOT the owner and his last name is NOT Fisher... Although he's been a manager there for years. It is True Tom is not the most enthusiastic person at Ace, but i feel the reasoning behind that is from dealing with people like YOU for as many years as he has. Every Employee at Fishers are not only willing to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction but also they are VERY knowledgeable and Tom knows the absolute most about everything that has to do with Hardware/Home Improvement. The store also has an inventory that you can't find in any other Hardware store. Great Products, Great People, and Great Service.
