Instead of taking an order, employees just talk amongst them selves.

I tried to order a black iced hazelnut coffee from the drive through. After three attempts to get my simple order correct. The whole time the teenage workers were just standing there making rude comments that I could hear. First try I got a small hot hazelnut swirl coffee. Second try they gave me a hazelnut coffe loaded with cream and sugar. I ended up with a black blueberry coffee... So I gave up and went to Starbucks instead.
The absolute worst Staff I have ever seen, the older gentleman is very nice and does a decent job. However the blonde curlyhaired woman is so incredibly rude. I asked for a small iced coffee, black with pecan flavoring. When it was handed to me it was so light in color it looked like it had cream so I asked if there was cream in my drink and she rudely answered back with obviously not. And then rolled her eyes. If there was another place to stop for coffee and bagels on my way to work I would have boycotted Dunkin' Donuts long ago.
Have been to this location on several occasions, but while the one gentleman working there is nice enough, he's stuck by himself and easily swamped. I waited for a good ten minutes at the register while he served the drive-through customers. This isn't his fault. There clearly needs to be more staff at this location.
